Refund Policy

At Tech Digital Innovators LLC, we stand behind the quality of our specialized electronic products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with consumer protection laws.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Note for Tech Products: Items showing signs of wear, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective items or shipping errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns of open-box electronics that are not defective. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, testing, and re-certifying the device for resale.
